  • It shows your MPAN or MPRN, your current rates and your usage
  • PDF, scan or photo is fine, full page and readable
  • Your business name and a contact number, so we can get back to you

Got a few sites or a bigger usage profile? Send 12 months of bills if you have them, it lets us tender the full picture properly.
