Who we are

Our service

We are a whole-of-market utilities broker. We compare business energy, water, broadband, merchant services and business mobile across the suppliers available to us, and where you choose to proceed, we arrange the switch with your chosen supplier.

Free to you, paid by the supplier

We're paid by the supplier when you switch, never by you. Our service is free to you as the customer. We are paid a commission by the supplier when you switch. This does not change the price you pay the supplier, and we will tell you the arrangement on your deal if you ask.

No guarantee of savings

We work hard to find you a sharper deal, but we cannot guarantee a saving in every case. If you are already on a competitive rate, we will tell you that honestly. Any figures or examples on this website are illustrative and are not a promise of the savings you will achieve. Your actual saving depends on your usage, your current contract and the market at the time we quote.

Whole-of-market, but not every supplier

We compare across the suppliers available to us through our market relationships. While we aim to cover the whole market, we may not have access to every supplier or every tariff in the market at all times.

Your contract with the supplier

If you switch, your supply contract is between you and the chosen supplier, on their terms. We arrange the switch, but we are not the supplier and are not a party to your supply contract.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
